MRRox application collects some Personal Data from its Users. Personal Data collected for the following purposes and using the following services:
- Login form for authentication, access of virtual offices, and avatar appearance: Personal Data: email address, username, password, and avatar selection.
- Live Broadcasting may occur during usage of the application: Personal Data: body language, gestures, drawings, screenshots, voices and sounds streaming over third party server
- Debugging, moderating and/or marketing: Personal Data: Videos and screenshots of users’ drawings, avatar animations, name tag, voices and sounds
- Remote 3D annotation: Personal Data: Spatial mapping with 3D geometric details
Parental supervision is encouraged for the online activities of their children to ensure no information is collected from a child without parental permission.
Third party audio broadcasting of copyright content is also discouraged from users who use this app.
The publisher may use videos and screenshots of any user’s , avatar animations, name tags, drawings, voices and sounds for marketing purposes without notifying the user, unless the videos or screenshots contained sufficient personal information for identifying and contacting the user, in which case, the publisher will contact the user for consent before releasing such media to the public.
